Thoroughly clean all surfaces, both inside and outside, using a bleach/water solution.

Responsibility lies with the renter to ensure the tow vehicle size, design and capacity are sufficient for selected unit.
Tow vehicle must be equipped with an operational trailer brake controller and working 7 pin trailer connector.
A brake controller may be rented from Creekside RV Rental, please check with us regarding availability and tow vehicle compatibility, no refunds will be given due to lack of trailer brake controller or tow vehicle shortcomings.

No smoking, no pets in Creekside RV units unless booking a pet friendly unit (minimum $250 fee to remove odour/allergens).
All rentals subject to 5% GST.
Additional cleaning fee charged if unit or supplies are not returned clean

A $400 deposit is required at time of booking and will be applied toward the balance
Balance of rental fee is required a minimum of 30 days prior to rental date
Minimum 25 years of age to rent
7 day rental period is eg. Friday 1:00pm – Friday 10:00am
Pickup between 1:00 – 4:00 pm on first day of rental (please contact to schedule a time)
Drop off between 8:00 – 10:00 am on last day of rental (please contact to schedule a time)
Allow approximately 60 minutes for orientation and hook up

Pickup/Drop off is M-F only (closed weekends and holidays)
Minimum 3-night rental during the regular season
Minimum 7-night rental during the summer months (unless booking within 14 days of rental, based on availability)
To hold your reservation continue to the checkout and process the $400 deposit (refundable up to 90 days prior to booking in accordance with our refund policy).

Level of insurance is selectable during booking process. All rentals require insurance.
Personal insurance policies will generally not cover an RV rental for “All perils” and replacement value of the unit during your rental, however, each insurer is unique so it will require a call to your broker for the details and a letter provided to Creekside RV Rental detailing the coverage if you chose to self insure.
All insurance claims are subject to a fee of 15% of the value of the claim to covers administrative/transportation costs incurred by Creekside RV Rental and will be deducted from the security deposit. Any charges over the security deposit amount will be charged to the credit card on file.
All renters must be over the age of 25.
Insurance coverage may be refused if damage is due to carelessness, non-reported collisions or not following instruction given during orientation and will be at the discretion of Creekside RV Rental.

A security deposit of $1000 is required prior to or at time of pickup.
Deposits must be paid with credit card and will be refunded within 3 business days when unit is returned on time, un-damaged, clean, equipment complete, holding tanks empty.
Deposit will be refunded in the same way it was paid.

No smoking in any Creekside RV units
No pets in any Creekside RV units (unless previously authorized)
No climbing on the roof of any units

An operational trailer brake controller (rental available) and 7 pin trailer connector is required for all rental units (charges apply if wiring/connector is not working)
No off highway use, renter will be charged for any and all damages resulting from improper use of unit (insurance will not cover damages due to negligence, illegal activity or non-police reported accidents)
Awning is used at customers own risk (insurance does not cover damages to awning)
