All units can be equipped with all you need for camping, just select at the time of booking or contact us prior to your rental date

Extra Fees and Important Tow Vehicle Notes

  • No smoking, no pets in Creekside RV units unless booking a pet friendly unit (minimum $250 fee to remove odour/allergens)
  • All rentals subject to 5% GST
  • Responsibility lies with the renter to ensure the tow vehicle size, design and capacity are sufficient for selected unit and tow vehicle is equipped with an operational trailer brake controller and working 7 pin trailer connector (brake controller may be rented from Creekside RV Rental, please check with us regarding availability and tow vehicle compatibility, no refunds will be given due to lack of trailer brake controller or tow vehicle shortcomings)
  • Additional cleaning fee charged if unit or supplies are not returned clean

RV Rental Details

  • A $400 deposit is required at time of booking and will be applied toward the balance
  • Balance of rental fee is required a minimum of 30 days prior to rental date
  • Minimum 25 years of age to rent
  • 7 day rental period is eg. Friday 1:00pm – Friday 10:00am
  • Pickup between 1:00 – 4:00 pm on first day of rental (please contact to schedule a time)
  • Drop off between 8:00 – 10:00 am on last day of rental (please contact to schedule a time)
  • Allow approximately 60 minutes for orientation and hook up
  • Longer term rentals please contact for pricing

Available Add-on Supplies

  • Small campstove – $5/day
  • Indoor convenience kit – $5/day (dish ware (6), cookware, tea pot (gas), coffee maker (electric), mixing bowls, utensils)
  • Outdoor convenience kit – $5/day (Ax, roasting sticks, outdoor carpet)
  • Equalizer Hitch System – $25/rental
  • Trailer Brake Controller – $15/day
  • Mini propane bottles (used with BBQ and Camp stove) – $6/bottle
  • Propane fire pit – $8/day (plus propane)
  • Linens and Bedding – $75 (1 Queen set and 2 sets of linens)

  • Early pickup – $50 (based on availability 7 days prior to rental)

    Low Season Rates

    • Low season: April, May, June (partial), September (partial), October
    • 3 day rental starting at $650 (weekends rentals are Friday 1:00pm – Sunday 6:00pm)
    • Long Weekend rental starting at $750 (Friday 1:00pm – Monday 6:00pm)

    High Season Rates

    • High season: June (partial), July, August
    • Minimum 7 day rental periods during high season
    • $115-142/day for 7 day rental (price varies based on unit)

    Insurance

    • $25/day additional charge for insurance where applicable. Most insurance providers only cover 3rd party liability and not collision (replacement or major repair of the trailer). If your insurance covers this we will require a letter or an email from your insurer.

    Security Deposit

    • A security deposit of $1000 is required prior to or at time of pickup. Deposits must be paid with credit card and will be refunded within 3 business days when unit is returned on time, un-damaged, clean, equipment complete, holding tanks empty. Deposit will be refunded in the same way it was paid.

    Cancellation Policy

    • 90 day cancellation notice required for full refund
    • 30-90 days prior to reservation date subject to loss of deposit fee
    • No refund for cancellation less than 30 days prior to reservation date
